This bug is still happening! I have qbittorent installed today and the menu (file, edit, help, etc) that should be there on the top toolbar has completely disappeared (and in qbitttorent there is no alternative (like the menu doesn't appear in a right click or something) which means I am totally UNABLE to access the menu functions.
