LibreOffice Writer paste fails if that window has last Writer copy

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
In LibreOffice Writer on GNOME/Wayland, if a copy is done in a
particular Writer window, from then on, that window only accepts
clipboard content from other Writer windows.

Before the first Writer copy is made, the clipboard works as expected

The problem is per Writer window

  1. Open Writer and gedit
  2. Type text into gedit, copy it and paste into Writer: ok
  3. Type text into Writer and copy it
  4. Copy text from gedit and paste into Writer
  - the text pasted is from LibreOffice, not from gedit

The bug is supposed to be fixed several months ago, but some of it still
remains in Ubuntu 16.10
  - the patch mentioned has been verified to be present in gir1.2-gtk-3.0
Version 3.20.9-1ubuntu2
  - LibreOffice version is 1:5.2.2-0ubuntu2

Open a new Writer window, paste and copy text there, then paste into the
intended Writer window
