Regression: Canon Selphy CP 520 not working with version 5.2.10

Bug description:
After upgradingfrom ubuntu 13.10 to ubuntu 14.04 (gutenprint version
5.2.10~pre2-0ubuntu2) my Canon Selphy CP520 stopped working. The
printer takes in the paper but never prints. Downgrading gutenprint to
version 5.2.9 solved issue. Thus, this is clearly a regression which
happened between this two versions.
