mate-system-monitor shows one CPU too much (16.10, ppc)

Status in libgtop2 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Tested Yakketys daily iso on my PowerMac G5, 7,3. This is a dual-cpu machine

instead of one.
