Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
On a fresh installation of Artful (daily build), when you open the
Home folder, there's not the usual folders present : Documents,
Downloads, Videos, etc. It only had a Desktop folder and Examples
folder.
French installation, if it has anything to with it.
