Can't enter WebDAV Storage info

Bug description:
After running deja-dup-preferences and changing the backup location to
WebDAV, I can't enter anything into the Server, Port, Folder, or
Username fields. Clicking in the text entry boxes shows a cursor, but
keyboard entry doesn't do anything.
