Thanks, it looks like the problem was really caused by the Alternative
Toolbar plugin. I will make a Czech translation and send it upstream.

Rhythmbox is only partially translated in Ubuntu 17.10, at least in my
(Czech) language, even though it is fully translated on Launchpad. See
