Can confirm this happening on Asus Zenbook UX330UA, on Ubuntu 16.04 with the DisplayLink adapter and driver 1.3.53. The problem (mouse flickering) appears on the primary laptop screen, while 2nd screen is connected via USB 3.0 to HDMI iTec DisplayLink adpater is connected.
