Bug description:
After restart of "Software' the "not helpful" widget worked as expected.
Sorry ... no more help on this. I know crash is bad but am about to build a
RAID and reinstall all software & OS so unless it does it again on a real, not
virtual machine(VBox), I won't be able to help.
