This bug it is valid, we can upgrade Ubuntu with update-manager but we
can not upgrade with gnome-software like fedora does

Bug description:
Fedora can do it with a simple click, "Linux for humans beings" we
have to continue make Ubuntu easy, also this will be better for
developers without the need to maintain update-manager anymore
