Jeremy, your suggested resolution for mozplugger is to remove it and
blacklist it.  Blacklisting implies that Debian wants to keep the
package, but Ubuntu wants to get rid of it.  Why does that apply here?
If mozplugger is no longer useful with current browsers, it would be
better to remove it from Ubuntu now, and also file a request for removal
in Debian; the package is QA-maintained, so it's appropriate for any of
us to file that removal request.

Or if you believe the package should remain in Debian, why does that
rationale not also apply in Ubuntu?
