Subject: My goodness, I envy you.

One  of the nice things about our big brains is that once we recognize a
particular prejudice (we all have them, it's normal), we can *choose* to
not act  on that  prejudice, but take the time  to recognize  it is
influencing  us and not accept the influence. It takes practice, but
it's not hard.

The other  thing we can do is recognize the  prejudice and *forgive*
ourselves for having those feelings.  Because having  them  and *acting*
on  them are truly two different  things.

Don't  be too hard on yourself.  =)
