Bug description:
gnome-control-center crashed when trying to unlock user-accounts via
the GUI. Same with opening it via terminal, with `gnome-control-center
user-accounts` and trying to unlock it. Adding or removing a user or
changing the autologin behavior is not possible via the GUI.
