The community wallpapers (attached) have been collated by Nathan from
the entries on Flickr.
Nathan is asking for our help to package these for 17.10:
Nathan Haines: I have a tab-delimited list of the winners (the URLs
shouldn't be needed for packaging), and the wallpapers. They need
resized and optimized to reasonable file sizes and then all the package
stuff needs done.
