Did a compete reinstall of ubuntu gnome. It now works but with a few problems I think most have been reported. Thanks and sorry.Would like to close the bug.

When trying to log into gnome all I get is a black screen and then back to log in screen. Have to log into gnome x. All I have read and seen is that wayland will work on amd.
