setting it to confirmed, but I definitely cannot reproduce it and didn't
see any similar report.

Windows buttons are gone for specific programs like Firefox, hexchat,
photoprint,chromium
(maybe more that i havent tested)
on a black window header with disformed white letters as window title
other programs have working buttons
