With kernel 4.13 (and also 4.12) the adapter DA200 works with most of
devices. Nevertheless, via VGA the Samsung monitor S22B150N is never
detected (and the monitor does not detect the computer too). The monitor
does not have HDMI input, just VGA, and it works perfectly with another
laptop with Ubuntu so the problem probably is again with DA200.
