** Attachment added: "etcconfigc00example.txt"

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1719729/+attachment/4957406/+files/etcconfigc00example.txt

** Description changed:

- Since the update which included the kernel update from 4.4.0-92 to 4.4.0-93,
the bottom scroll bar on chromium is continually flashing on/off, even when the
screen is large enough (horizontally) for the page (so usually there wouldn't
be a scroll bar) and even when there's no activity in the browser (I just let
it sit for a while and it continually flashes). The rate seems a bit random.
