intuitive place - left buttom corner of window!

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install Ubuntu 17.10.
  2. Launch Ubuntu GNOME session
  3. Install application which places its icon to the system tray (notification
area) such as `hplip` or `transmission`
  3. Try to find application icon in the system tray (notification area) -
right top corner of the screen

  Expected results:
system tray (notification area) is easy to find and placed on right top
corner of the screen, does not overlap screen elements and windows

  Actual results:
system tray (notification area) is difficult to find, it is placed on left
bottom corner of the screen and automatically hides on start or after
inactivity, or overlaps left bottom corner of the screen (see screenshot)
