  network-manager-openvpn-gnome cannot be installed using GNOME Software

Bug description:
  The network-manager-openvpn-gnome package cannot be installed using
  GNOME Software as GNOME Control Center add-on because it is missing
  the necessary AppStream metadata.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Run GNOME Software.
  2. Search for "Control Center" and select "GNOME Control Center".
  3. See available add-ons at the bottom of the page.
