Bug description:
There's some screen scrambling/pixelation and jutter upon opening
thunderbird. sometimes there's only a small portion of the opened
window where you can parts of emails and it has a flickering to it and
then the rest of the window opens. I'll provide a video of it once I'm
able to record the desktop.
