I confirmed this. Installed and ran Atom from the snap package, and
indeed the icon appearing on the dock is noticeably blurry compared to
others. Same for VLC.

Bug description:
  I installed telegram-sergiusens but as per bug #1705122 I could not
  launch it from the menu. So I started it from GNOME Software using the
  Launch button. The icon appears terribly blurred.
