* debian/patches/ubuntu_ibus_configs.patch:
- configure sources only when there is none, that code is meant to be
used on first login only, the issue was due to a merge error in the
recent changes, thanks Mitsuya Shibata for pointing the error
(lp: #1723358)

How to reproduce:
1. Login to Ubuntu 17.10
2. Exec on terminal
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.input-sources sources
[('xkb', 'us'), ('ibus', 'mozc-jp')]
3. Logout
4. (re-)Login to Ubuntu 17.10
5. Exec on terminal
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.input-sources sources
Expected result:
[('xkb', 'us'), ('ibus', 'mozc-jp')]
Actual result:
[('xkb', 'us'), ('ibus', 'mozc-jp'), ('ibus', 'mozc-jp')]
=> Duplicate input sources

Subject: Ubuntu 17.10でログインする度にibus-mozcの項目が増殖する
10月12日付けの artful-desktop-amd64.iso を Virtualbox にインストールし、
何度もログアウトや再起動を繰り返した所、トップバーのキーボードの「あ」が増える現象に遭遇しました。
