Title:
gedit crashed with SIGSEGV while switching to print preview

Status in “gedit” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Gedit crashed while trying to preview a (5000 lines or so) file before
sending it to the printer. I'm not sure if it's relevant, but there
were like 20 other text files open in that instance (and some of them
were also around 5000 lines or so), and there was another instance in
a different workspace, with around 10 LaTeX files or so.

Besides some plugins installed through synaptic (see apt-cache list
below), the plugins directory in $XDG_DATA_DIR contains the
  advancedfind, duplicate_line, sourcecodebrowser, tabs_extended and
  toggletextwrap plugins (found on http://live.gnome.org/Gedit/Plugins
  ).

Although it's not-so-easily reproducible, gedit has crashed many times
on my computer lately, under similar conditions ---but this is the
first time apport doesn't give up while trying to report it, because
of the size of the .crash file.
