Title:
Icons and navigation bar appearance wrong after screen turn off

Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
After screen turns off, either from timeout or manual action such as suspend
or hibernate, all icons in nautilus appears as default grey document icons when
screen is turned on again. There is also some glitch in the navigation bar
appearance. See attached screenshot for an example.
The normal icons and navigation bar appearance comes back after I log out and
in again.
