I cannot confirm that it was fixed in Oneiric. The attached screenshot is from the latest libreofffice 3.4.4-0ubuntu1 package.

I have troubles with characters in OpenOffice dialogs. They are not fully displayed. Down part of letters is hidden. This is not the case in Windows. I'll attache a screenshot showing the problem.
