I also faced the issue. The screen rotated 90 degrees. When I executed
the command `xrandr -o 0/1` i got the message `xrandr failed to change
screen configuration'.

Bug description:
I recently upgraded from Ubuntu 17.04 to 17.10. Everything went well, but

Can anybody help me on the same?
I have an HP Pavilion 14 inch laptop.
