Mouse stopped working on my laptop screen

Bug description:
I can only hoover around my laptop screen, I can use the sidebar and
external laptop. So far i haven't found a reasonable solution. Turning
off laptop monitor just moved the problem to external monitor. I have
Lenovo E470 with NVIDIA and i7, I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 lts
