Is your previous browsing session restored when you launch chromium?
If so, it would be useful to identify which tab is consuming so much CPU. You 
can invoke the chromium task manager with Shift+Esc to find that out.

  script using continously 100%  cpu core

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Each time chromium-browser is loaded, i'm seeing a full cpu core usage.
  System-monitor show me that it is "chromium-browser -type=renderer 
-enable-pinch -field-trial-handle=..." that needs to be killed.
