Title:
[17.04 ] gvfs-smb-browse takes too long to find an smb share

Status in gvfs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
as I upgraded to the 17.04 I noticed that searching network shared
takes way too long comparing to the previous gvfs-backends versions
(up to ubuntu 16.10). It takes now approximately 10-15 seconds to find
computers on the local net, 10-15 seconds to browse shares on a
specific computer, and 20-30 seconds to mount a share. This is
definitely a regression on the gvfs side because connecting to the
same share with a ubuntu 16.04 takes 1-2 seconds for each
  aforementioned operations
