Public bug reported: I use two monitors, a Plain Tree 22" on the left and a Goldstar 29" on the right. The Plain Tree is physically rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise and the Goldstar is not rotated.
In Settings - Displays, the Goldstar 29" has Rotation set to Normal, and content displays ok in normal right side up fashion. In Settings - Displays, the Plain Tree has Rotation set to Clockwise because that causes most content to display ok and right side up. For example, Firefox Web Browser windows display their content right side up on both monitors. However, while window title bar text is upright for Ubuntu Web Browser windows on the Plain Tree, the window content is upside down. When I drag that window to the Goldstar the content flips over and displays correctly. I don't know the version number of webbrowser-app, or if it's relevant. Clicking on the Amazon icon on the launcher brought up an Amazon page in a frame labeled Ubuntu Web Browser which according to https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WebBrowsers is webbrowser-app .
