Tested on Fresh Ubuntu 17.10 Artful and Fresh 18.04 Bionic

Basically, I need to install libsane1:i386 for Winehq wine.
Unfortunately libsane1:i386 fails to install because there are file
conflicts with another instance. I tried apt install --no-install-
recommends libsane1:i386 also.

Terminal Output:
