This looks very similar to https://github.com/sergiusens/telegram-snap/issues/4. I can still reproduce the issue with the telegram snap (version 1.1.23), but I'm not seeing the problem with the libreoffice snap. I wonder why it's affecting libreoffice on your system.
What version of Ubuntu is this? And which desktop environment?
