Bug description:
1) Ubuntu 17.10
2) totem 3.26.0-0ubuntu1
3) I have selected 'Take screenshot' option and I expected to get a
screenshot of the video in the pictures folder
4) I got an error message, a pop-up showing 'Totem could not get a screenshot
of the video. This is not supposed to happen; please file a bug report.' and no
screenshot available in 'Pictures' folder
