Window control shortcut keys dont work

Bug description:
Under Unity 7 you could press alt-space to open the window control
menu and then press, for example, M to move the window, n to minimise,
x to maximise etc.
While alt-space opens the menu under GNOME Shell the shortcut keys
don't work.
