Public bug reported: This problem started when I upgraded my ZaReason 17.04 purpose built laptop to 17.10. I wish I hadn't. There is no real sound associated with Internet content. Just this UK voice repeating numbers, 0.1, 0.5 0.3 etc. or speaking the words I type.
