Title:
Standard clock applet is oversized in Artful

Status in gnome-panel package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In Artful if the standard clock applet is used there is a dead-space
to the left of it. In my first screenshot you can see the dead-space
between the indicator-applet and the clock applet. In the second
screenshot you can see I've moved the clock applet to the left and the
same dead-space exists between it and the inhibit-applet.
