The system is Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit.
Using system-config-printer-1.5.9 from Bionic (manually built with
debuild). HPLIP version 3.17.10 from Bionic too. Other HP printers work
fine, system-config-printer is able to recognize them and add to CUPS
automatically. Log:
