Title:
  "use a prediction service to load pages more quickly" feature works
  badly

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  From chrome://settings -> privacy & security

  if the "use a service to load pages more quickly" option is activated,
  then browsing become worst:

  - after a few pages loaded, the hdd is continously scanned , the
  complete system freeze during this heavy scanning, the ram is fully
  used and the swap is fullfiled. This let think that this option is
  trying to grab too deeply the related pages (should be limited to the
  page itself, not including the embedded links). Maybe this is
  acceptable with ssd, but with hdd its a nightmare.
