Bug description:
Some websites using particular layout techniques do not print or
print-preview correctly in gecko-based browsers (firefox, epiphany,
etc), causing an incomplete print if the site cannot fit on a single
  page.

Typically, a header is printed on one page, and a single page of
content on a second page, and nothing further.

The technique in question is the use of css's "overflow: none" +
  inline-frames (iframe).
