reproduction steps:
Run installation wizard LiveUSB
Choose zh-CN as language, next
tick "install updates during installation" and "install third party software"
and "turn off secure boot" and set a password, next
Hangs on this screen, mouse pointer in the "busy" state
click quit after several minutes
run the installation wizard again
next
hangs and several bug report popup shows(this one I'm reporting is one of
them)
Computer: Dell Inspiron 5557 aka Ins15M-7749, using a Kingston 64GB
usb stick created using Rufus according to the official guideline
today, booted in UEFI
