and there is no field that contains "Amazon Web Services, Inc.".
Is there a field in the store that is not passed through snapd or is
this information coming from somewhere else?

Bug description:
Hi,
GNOME Software and https://snapcraft.io/aws-cli present the developer
of an application differently. In GNOME Software, the Snap Store
username is used whereas on snapcraft.io the "Company name" is used.
When present, GNOME Software should be made to show the "Company name"
for the developer.
