Title:
  Clean install of a 16.04.2 LTS Ubuntu. Updates and upgrades. Check of
  the Ubuntu software GUI, and crash. I tried to reinstall the Ubuntu
  software, but there is a problem with gnome-software-common. It seems
  the package is corrupted.

Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu-software and gnome-software are ok, but its dependency,
gnome-software-common, exit the installation process with an error status (the
package seems corrupted).
  So no GUI for installing software.
  It seems critical.
