All these agents provide polkit-1-auth-agent (which is a virtual package). Actual behavior: Package screen-resolution-extra depends on policykit-1-gnome. In MATE desktop it leads to installation of both mate-polkit and policykit-1-gnome, which is not needed. Additional info: Package screen-resolution-extra is used by nvidia-settings tool, therefore the problem affects everyone who uses proprietary nvidia drivers.
