- a clearcut upstream issue. Your welcome to send this to the developers of the 
software by following the instructions at

- won't be fixed in LibreOffice Packaging
Resolving as Won't Fix in LibreOffice Packaging. This does not mean the issue 
will not be cared about, but if it is cared about (even by Ubuntu/Canonical 
contributors), it is done upstream at LibreOffice.

Title:
  connect wizard does not show the option to link to a MS.Access dbase

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I am using a newly installed LibreOffice Base package 3.3.4, under U11.04
  I proceed with  File>New>Database>Link to existing, then open the dbase type 
list. 
  But among all options (JDBC, ADABAS, ODBC etc..) no MS-Access option is 
displayed
