[snap] cannot load hsqldb driver

Bug description:
Testing the libreoffice snap (both 5.4.4.2 from the stable channel,
and the upcoming 6.0.0.3) on Ubuntu 18.04, when creating a database
with libreoffice.base, when I try to edit/add tables, I get the
following error message box:
« The connection to the data source "test db" could not be
established.
The driver class 'org.hsqldb.jdbcDriver' could not be loaded.The
additional driver class path is
'file:///usr/share/java/hsqldb1.8.0.jar
vnd.sun.star.expand:$LO_JAVA_DIR/sdbc_hsqldb.jar'.
