Title:
gnome shell crashed when searching for 're'

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
When searching after pressing the super key, gnome shell
restarts/hangs as soon as the search term becomes 're'. I can search
for 'r' without issues. In this case I was trying to bring up remmina.
The issues replicates in both nvidia and intel modes on Asus UX550VE.
I will try on my PC later on, to see if I can reproduce it there as
  well.
