  pulseaudio crashed with SIGABRT in memcpy() from tdb_read() from
  tdb_rec_read() from tdb_find() from tdb_find_lock_hash()

Bug description:
  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding 
pulseaudio.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 
1:9.0-2ubuntu2, the problem page at

contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or 
traceback, and individual crash reports.
