gflags in xenial missing pkg-config
Status in gflags package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The version in the repo is missing pkg-config which makes it impossible to
use with cmake out of the box. The needed file was introduced in the version
2.2.
Is it possible to bump the version to 2.2 to fix this shortcoming?
