Marking as Invalid because the release is EOL is not correct. Marking as
Incomplete. Also, 18.04 is (at the time of writing) still in development, and
you should expect some breakage.

Trying to connect to Wifi before logging into Unity doesn't work, but
afterwards it works fine

Bug description:
I did a fresh installation of 16.10 and as I got to the login screen
(which I assume is unity-greeter) I clicked on the Wifi symbol to
connect, but I got an error saying:
failed to connect: insufficient priveligies
No special settings what so ever.
